We are re- committing to our Five Areas for urgent action, four mindsets and Behaviors, and focusing our energies on a small number of strategies initiatives.
As we prepare for, and enter into, a world reshaped by COVID-19 and its aftershocks, these areas for urgent action will be critical to realizing Our promise.
Our strategy calls for us to focus relentlessly on eradicating poverty in all its forms- in line with goal of sustainable Development Agenda. The numbers of people suffering from acute food insecurity has nearly doubled in the past three years. Child hunger levels are the worst they have been in generations because of conflict, climate, and the lingering socioeconomic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, all of which have sent food prices beyond reach for families worldwide. Climate change has accelerated, posing a devastating threat for the most vulnerable girls and boys around the world- causing harvest to fails, children to go hungry and become malnourished, forcing families from their homes, decimating livelihoods and creating conflict. This is why our focus will and must remain on the biggest threats to children. We good reason to be going further than we imagined in the next phase of Our promise.
Prayerfully aware of the uncertainties before us, and led by our Christian faith, we will partner with poor and oppressed to tackle the challenges they face to achieve hope, joy and justice for all children. Fountains of Hope Discipleship ministries was born at the time of crisis and is called for time such as this. Together, we will change the course of history for vulnerable children.

Our promise strategy represents our firm promise to the world’s most vulnerable children: we will continue to transform lives in the world’s hardest- to – reach places, empowering every girls and boys to reach their God –given potential.
